The Canadian Walking Maser Class Project expert panel who visited Hamilton in May 2009 completed a report.  Recommendations from this report were presented on Nov. 5, 2009 by the facilitator, Paul Young from www.publicspaceworkshop.ca . The Work Summary Report from the Nov. 5, 2009 meetings is now available.
 
In December, the summary reports from all five Canadian cities participating in the Canadian Walking Master Class project will be posted on the Canada Walks website. The Canada Walks Master Class: Case Study, Hamilton 2009 report is now available.  This project supports the eight principles of the International Charter for Walking.  The charter was supported by Council and signed by Mayor Fred Eisenberger in April 2008.
